Membership
In order to provide exclusivity and availability of facilities and services to members, The Virginian offers a limited number of memberships in the three categories listed below. All memberships are non-equity memberships and should not be considered ownership interest in the Club nor its facilities.
Golf Membership
A Golf Membership entitles the member to use all the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Golf members do not pay green fees or court fees, but do pay cart fees. The cost of a Golf Membership is $25,000.00 and is 80% refundable should the member ever leave the Club.
Social Membership
A Social Membership entitles the member to use all the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Social members will not have access to the golf course. The cost of a Social Membership is $5,000.00 and is non-refundable. A social member may always upgrade to a Golf Membership. Social Memberships are available to both property and non-property owners.
Junior Membership
A Junior Membership has been established to encourage young adults and families under the age of 35 to join the Club. A Junior Membership entitles the member to use all Club facilities. The cost of a Junior Membership is $12,500.00, with the remaining portion of the membership deposit deferred until the member's 35th birthday.
